It was a big night last night for 24 fans as the franchise launched into its Eighth season of real time Bauer Power. Adding juice to this already successful franchise is the well-publicized addition of Katee Sackhoff to the ensemble.
As 24 regulars know, C.T.U. over the years hasn’t made many good decisions in regards to the protection of The United States of America. But we have to say that we are fully on board with the new dress code, part of the restructuring of the Counter Terrorism Unit involves a delicious new dress code. Apparently tight black quasi dress / business is the new uniform, well at least for Dana Walsh (played by Katee Sackhoff).
Once again the plot of 24 finds a world of people in extreme danger due in part to C.T.U.’s inability to implement a no fraternization work policy. This time the romance is between Dana Walsh and Cole Ortiz (played by Freddie Prinze Jr.).
The overnight numbers look good for 24 according to the folks over at ScreenCrave. We feel it’s safe to assume that Katee Sackhoff’s wardrobe “gal” function didn’t hurt. As always we can’t get enough of Jack, but we are giving the green light for plenty of Dana Walsh too.
