Miley Cyrus stepped out with boyfriend Liam Hemsworth to attend the CNN Heroes event on Sunday. The starlet wowed on the red carpet as she wore a sexy, cleavage revealing dress. Other than snapping necks as they turned, the look brought the predictable questions of whether or not Miley has had breast augmentation surgery.
Radar went next level and brought out three separate experts who stated that it was not only plausible but likely that Cyrus had work done. Here is one of the statements from cosmetic physician Dr. Tahl Humes of Vitahl Medical Aesthetics in Colorado:
“Her breasts are very nice and round and it looks like she has had them done. If you look at the volume, it appears she has had a breast augmentation. Whoever did them did a very good job. She might have had small implants, which is nice, because she is a small girl with a small frame.”
In defense, a member of the Cyrus army tweeted her protest of this claim and Miley was kind enough to reply. Here is what she had to tweet about these new rumors:
