How much money are Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt worth?

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are Holllywood royalty, tabloid obsessions, and international superstars. All that talent and attention must pay off handsomely.

How much are these jet-setting, charity-founding, tabloid staples worth?

According to an New York Magazine analysis, Brangelina have made at least $270,000,000 over the years from films, magazine covers, and endorsement deals (If you look at Brad alone’s film-fee breakdown below, it’s probably a lot more!)

Jolie’s recent endorsement deal with Louis Vuitton (including the ad where she’s sitting in a rickety boat in Cambodia with a discontinued LV hangbag,) reportedly gave her an extra $10 million, and she got twice that to appear in 2010’s Salt.

As a long-time A-list actor, Brad Pitt has been garnering huge film salaries for years. Here’s a break-down from IMDB of some of his take-home fees:

Inglourious Basterds (2009): $9,000,000
The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford: $1,000,000 (a passion project)
Mr. & Mrs. Smith (2005): $20,000,000
Troy (2004): $17,500,000
Ocean’s Eleven (2001): $30,000,000
Spy Game (2001): $17,500,000
The Mexican (2001): $10,000,000
Fight Club (1999): $17,500,000
Meet Joe Black (1998): $17,500,000
Seven Years in Tibet (1997): $10,000,000
The Devil’s Own (1997): $10,000,000
Sleepers (1996): $10,000,000
Se7en (1995): $4,000,000
Kalifornia (1993): $500,000
Thelma & Louise (1991): $6,000
Cutting Class (1989): $12,000

In addition to Louis V, the power couple also have deals with Heineken Japan, Tag Heuer, St. Johns, Shiseido skin care, Roots Coffee, Softbank cell phones, etc.

They’ve also made major bank selling the first photos of their children. Pax gained them $2 million, Shiloh sold for $4.1 million, but the real money makers were twins Vivien and Knox, who garnered $14 million for their first shots. When they get married (they’ve been heavily suggesting to the public that they just might do that,) forget about it – that will probably be some crazy dough if they sell. All told, they have already appeared, alone and together, a total of 22 times on the cover of People. Before they got together, Brad had appeared eight times, and Angelina only once.

They also get residuals from past films, including the one that started it all: Mr. and Mrs. Smith.

But Angelie’s leg? Priceless.

To give Brad and Angie credit, they both give generously to charities, and even started their own, The Maddox Jolie-Pitt Foundation, which seeks to eliminate rural poverty around the world. They’ve also shown light on, and offered help to international tragedies from Haiti to New Orleans.
