Radaronline reports that Chris Cuomo resigned from his spot on ABC’s Good Morning America Sunday. It’s rumored that he may be headed to NBC’s Dateline, but GossipCop.com says this news is completely unfounded, and that Chris Cuomo is staying with ABC, though the network was shaken by these reports.

This news comes on the heels of speculation that George Stephanopoulos was offered a co-anchor job on Good Morning America after Diane Sawyer moves to replace Charles Gibson on “World News.” Chris Cuomo’s name has also been tossed around for position next to Robin Roberts on GMA, so maybe Cuomo wasn’t happy that Stephanopoulos got the job instead?
