TLC reality star Josh Duggar received some bad legal news this week as a federal judge threw out almost every aspect of his lawsuit looking for damages stemming from the release of documents relating to his molestation of his sisters when he was 14 years old. In addition, the judge threw out both Josh's and his sisters' lawsuits against In Touch Weekly, which means only the sisters' suit against several city officials is still moving forward.

Duggar sisters Jill Dillard, Jessa Seewald, Jinger Vuolo and Joy Forsyth appear to have scored a major victory this week in their civil lawsuit seeking damages against local city and county officials as well as the parent company of In Touch Weekly after the release of information regarding their molestation by brother Josh Duggar. City and county officials filed a motion to dismiss the lawsuit earlier this year, but on Friday a Judge issued a ruling almost entirely in favor of the Duggars -- allowing their suit to move forward.

The Duggar marriages and births continue to increase in number week by week! Just four days after Joseph Duggar married Kendra Caldwell, Anna Duggar gave birth to her fifth child with husband Josh Duggar.

The day after Hurricane Harvey made landfall in Texas, Counting On star Derick Dillard launched a fundraising campaign in hopes of raising $6,500 “for various missions opportunities…including trips for Gospel-advancement and humanitarian work in Northwest Arkansas, North America, and abroad.” Within just a few days, the campaign was removed -- apparently by the hosting website due to a violation of their terms of use.

Jill and Derick Dillard are "counting on" you tell help pay for their new missionary work. Derick just launched a fundraising campaign in hopes of raising the money needed "for various missions opportunities I will have throughout the year...including trips for Gospel-advancement and humanitarian work in Northwest Arkansas, North America, and abroad."

Pregnant Anna Duggar has been more MIA than usual of late, leading many fans (and tabloids) to speculate on whether or not she secretly gave birth to her fifth child with husband Josh Duggar. That question has been answered thanks to a new video of Anna, Josh, and others from the Duggar clan arriving in Rockford, Illinois after a flight aboard "The Spirit of Tontitown" (aka the Duggar's private airplane).

It’s been two years since Josh Duggar’s secret past was exposed to the public. He reportedly sexually abused five minors, four of whom were his own sisters, when he was a teenager. This bombshell news was soon followed by more recent scandals. He checked into a Christian counseling and rehab center after it was revealed he was cheating on his wife Annawith the help of affair website Ashley Madison. Now there are reports that he’s person-non-gratis no longer with his family and their reality shows. He’s reportedly coming back to television to open up about his indiscretions. The report also claims that he won’t be apologizing, though, because he feels like “outside” forces made him do the things he did.

It appears that Josh Duggar is slowly but surely inserting himself back in the public eye. Just a month after a family friend posted a video of Josh online, the official Duggar family Youtube channel shared a video of Josh, his pregnant wife Anna, and their children offering up congratulations to Jill and Derick Dillard on the birth of their son, Samuel Scott.
