Erika Jayne has previously hinted that she might be working with the government in a case during an episode of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills this year. Because of the multi-million dollar embezzlement allegations against her husband Tom Girardi, some people assumed she was talking about working with the feds against Tom. Now, a lawyer who’s suing her is backing up her claims, but says the case were she wore a wire for the government was a much different case where she was a victim of credit card fraud.

Denise Richards is missing from this season of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills after being at the center of the drama for the previous season. Season 10 Denise dealt with Brandi Glanville claiming that the two had had an affair. Denise denied this happened, and says she didn’t cheat on her husband. She seemed to struggle with navigate the chatter and accusations coming from the other women, but looking back she says filming the show was a lot of fun and she wouldn’t mind coming back.

On Wednesday night’s Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Erika Girardi revealed that Tom Girardi’s family wanted to put him in an assisted living facility, what is colloquially referred to as a “nursing home.” She says she read about this in the news, and doesn’t want Tom’s family to place him in this type of care. She even accuses his family of abandoning him to avoid “the stain” of the lawsuits and scandals he’s mired in. Tom had since been photographed outside of an assisted living facility.

During tonight’s episode of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Erika reveals some shocking information to Kyle Richards. Tom had to have eye surgery after confronting a burglar at his house, and then her son got into a bad car accident while driving to care for Tom.

In Season 11 of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Sutton Stracke very vocally distanced herself from Erika Girardi after she found out the extent of things both Tom and Erika Girardi were being accused of. She even consulted a lawyer, and was very concerned about not only legal issue, but social stigma that may result from being the friend of someone accused of stealing money from from widows, orphans, burn victims, and victims of medical malpractice.

In a recent episode Erika insulted Sutton’s reaction by attacking Sutton’s background coming from Augusta, GA, which is small-town compared to Erika’s hometown Atlanta, GA. She suggested that Sutton was behaving in a backward, smalltown way by being so concerned about who she was associated with. There’s some footage left on the cutting room floor, however, that gives a deeper motive for Sutton’s hypervigilant self-protection about the situation: she had offered Erika a loan to help her through her divorce from Tom.

Things are heating up for Erika Jayne as she’s being investigated for her involvement in her ex-husband of 20 years Tom Girardi’s multi-million fraud and embezzlement charges. Now it’s looking like footage from the show, including unaired video and audio, will be submitted to the courts as evidence.
