On Friday night’s episode of Love After Lockup: Life After Lockup, we saw Brittany and Marcelino speaking with their custody attorney about the possibility of tracking down Brittany’s two oldest children, who were taken from her and placed for adoption when she was a teen. Marcelino expressed his concern over the cost given their recent custody battle for Brittany’s son Giovanni. His concern was apparently a valid one because Brittany’s attorney featured on the show has filed a lien against her for more than $20,000!

In addition to the press release announcing the new seasons, the WE tv president revealed three of the couples that will be returning for Life After Lockup, and one of those cast members leaked the actual premiere date!

It appears as though congratulations may be in order for Love After Lockup couple Brittany and Marcelino Santiago as a reliable source is reporting that Brittany is currently pregnant with the couple’s second child together!

Love After Lockup: Life After Lockup star Brittany Santiago has been granted temporary sole legal custody and temporary primary physical custody of her four-year-old son Giovanni after his dad Tito failed a drug test that was required as part of the couple’s mediation agreement.

Love After Lockup: Life after Lockup star Marcelino Santiago has talked several times on the show about his unfortunate relationship history prior to courting his current wife Brittany. However, the 41-year-old reality star hasn’t really shared any specifics, so we are left trying to fill in the blanks a little for you. In addition to accidentally marrying his cousin, Marcelino was also involved in an apparently tumultuous relationship with a younger woman back in 2013. After living together for less than two months, police were called to the couple’s residence and Marcelino was booked for battery constituting domestic violence!

We revealed last month that Love After Lockup star Marcelino Santiago was married to another woman while filming with Brittany on the current season. He later had his previous marriage annulled, but not until after his and Brittany’s wedding ceremony in August. At the time of our previous post we did not know the reason for the annulment, but now we do — and it is quite a surprise!
