Poor 17-year-old bride Courtney Stodden has found herself the target of jealous wives according to her mother and it’s resulted in her daughter being booted from Facebook for no good reason.
When Stodden has attempted to log in to her Official Facebook Fan Page she gets a message that states she has been denied access due to inappropriate sexual conduct. Like many young girls she posts photos of herself in bikinis making provocative poses (like the one above) but she’s singled out and blocked and her mother Krista Keller believes she knows why.
“It’s the jealousy from the women towards her. The men love her, the women hate her. The women report the photo because it’s so easy to do. You just click a button. They think she’s too sexy, they all report her together, and it’s done.”
This is an injustice! How dare all you petty, jealous, and frustrated women take out your insecurities on Court? Mommy continued her defense of the content on said page:
“On any Facebook page, people can report it for inappropriate content. There is nothing on her page you wouldn’t find anywhere on Facebook! She has never done any nudity. Not a breast, not even a butt cheek. It’s just her in a bathing suit!”
Do you hear that ladies? Not even an exposed butt cheek for goodness sake! Courtney tweeted about this discrimination:
Of course that tweet came right after this Stodden-Twitter-Gem:
This horrible miscarriage of justice has not happened once but 8-10 times according to Keller.
“A lot of men and young girls love her page, but when the wives see their husbands on her page, they team up to get Courtney kicked off! When Facebook gets enough reports on one page, it locks her out.”
Of course I’m just joking around about the jealous women theory but I have to admit that nothing I’ve seen from Courtney’s pages would be different or overtly extreme from a million other girls her age. She has relaunched another page again so you can see for yourself if her page deserves being Facebooted.
