Anna Gray Gary Coleman’s reported secret girlfriend speaks

The plot thickens with the late Gary Coleman’s mysterious personal life.

Anna Gray, the woman named as Gary Coleman’s sole benefactor in a 2005 will, the third to be unearthed, was his former girlfriend, claims her lawyer Randy Kester.

Ever since Gary Coleman died from sustaining a traumatizing brain injury after a fall, the status of his estate has been in turmoil. Gary’s ex-wife Shannon Price has been fighting bitterly to take control of his estate. They had a stormy, complicated relationship, and several days after his death is was found out that the couple have been legally divorced since 2008, although they still lived together and publicly claimed to be husband and wife.

Gray’s lawyer made this statement to Radar Online:

“I don’t have any personal knowledge whether or not they had a sexual relationship, but Gary and Anna were boyfriend-girlfriend, that is my understanding.”

The two met in 1997 and moved in together in L.A., but maintained separate bedrooms. Gray became the CEO of his company, but they parted ways in 2005 when he met Shannon Price on a movie set. Kester says he doesn’t know a lot about the details behind the break-up, but he knows Shannon Price was the reason for it. In 2007 Gary hand wrote a codicil, leaving everything to Shannon Price, but that codicil became invalid when they secretly divorced in 2008.

Shannon has stated that they were back together and planning to get married when he died, but had been putting off the wedding because of health reasons. She maintains that because she is his common-law wife, she deserves to take control of his assets, including this $300,000 house in Utah.

Anna has spoken with Radar Online, saying that she isn’t a fame seeker. She says their relationship had “many facets” and they were “very close,” and is still processing her feelings which are “grief and outrage.”
