Rumors of The Real Housewives of New Jersey‘s Teresa Giudice stepping out on her incarcerated husband Joe Giudice have been circulating for months, and the show’s Queen S**t Stirrer Kim DePaola is now naming names, outing the mystery beau as Joe Gorga’s guy pal Shane Wierks. (That’s Shane with Teresa above at a book signing back in October.)
“Teresa has been fooling around with Shane, a friend of Joe and Melissa Gorga,” Kim D tells All About the Tea. “Shane’s a college graduate, owns a real estate consulting firm, and lives near the Gorga’s Jersey Shore house. He seems to have money, which Teresa likes.”
Kim says that Joe Gorga is in the dark about the relationship, but Melissa is fully aware. Kim says Melissa warned Teresa about constantly texting Shane while Bravo cameras were rolling — but it could be that Kim’s warning was too late.
“Producers saw Teresa constantly texting this guy, and asked me if I knew about it,” Kim says. “I told them ‘of course I know about it.’”

As mentioned above, the Teresa cheating rumors have been swirling for months, and they can pretty much all be traced back to Kim D. From Life & Style way back in May:
RHONJ co-star Kim DePaola and [Teresa] into a dramatic fight at a charity event, Life & Style exclusively reports, after she claimed Teresa was spending every night with a mystery man.
“Teresa was talking about her wonderful children and everything she is doing with them, and Kim couldn’t take it,” a source reveals. “She said, ‘Please! You are out every night with some guy!’”
Kim continued her town crier tour with Us Weekly in June:
Sources claim in the new issue of Us Weekly that the 45-year-old Real Housewives of New Jersey star has embarked on a romance with a New Jersey businessman. A Teresa insider adds that the Turning the Tables author “hasn’t visited Joe in prison for a few months.”
Teresa’s close pal turned adversary Kim DePaola insists the dalliance has been going on at least as long. “They’ve been pretty cozy I’m going to say in the last five months,” she tells Us. But the owner of Posche by Kim D doesn’t blame Teresa for her actions. Noting Joe, 45, has been accused of stepping out multiple times — claims both he and his wife of 18 years have denied — she tells Us, “I think Teresa has every right to go out and find somebody else. She should leave Joe.”
Us later spoke with Teresa’s attorney, who was a bit unrestrained in his refutation of the cheating allegation:
Teresa’s attorney, James J. Leonard Jr., Esq tells Us his client “vehemently denies these allegations. They are 1,000 percent false and have been manufactured by attention-seeking lowlifes who have no moral compass. The only man in Teresa’s life is Joe Giudice. Period. End of story.”
At this point, Shane’s identity had still not been revealed, but that changed in August when All Things Real Housewives posted his full name:
Multiple sources have confirmed to us that Teresa is allegedly dating Shane Michael Wierks. Shane is neighbors with Joe and Melissa Gorga at the Jersey Shore.
“Teresa has been fooling around with Shane,” our insider exclusively tells us. “He is friends with Joe and Melissa [Gorga].”
Our source claims, “Teresa is constantly sexting him and can’t stay off the phone. He looks like a young Joe Giudice. Melissa knows about their relationship, but Joe Gorga doesn’t. Melissa told Teresa during filming to stop with her phone so she wouldn’t get caught.”
Let me summarize by saying that it appears as though Kim DePaola has been on a months-long campaign talking with numerous media outlets making claims that Teresa Giudice is having an affair on her husband Joe Giudice with Shane Wierks. Kim has been so busy talking to so many people that it seems like there are lots of different sources making the claims, but that doesn’t appear to be the case. Plus, The Daily Mail shared some more details about how Kim supposedly found out about Teresa’s alleged affair from the Us Weekly print edition, and it is almost laughable:
DePaola feels she is on to something, though.
She claimed that her hairdresser told her in April that Teresa was seeing a new man.
The stylist claimed that Teresa was “hugging and snuggling” with the new man, whose identity and age was not revealed.
Then Kim received an envelope addressed “For Kim D only.”
Inside a typed note said that Teresa had been “fooling around” with a fellow New Jersey resident, she said. It was added she was “constantly sexting him.”
And De Paola said there was a photo of the man, but she did not share the picture with UsWeekly.
“They’ve been pretty cozy,” Kim told the weekly.
So all of these rumors are coming from what a hairdresser allegedly said and an anonymous typed note with just a picture of Shane? LOL! We’ve got a new note for you Kim:
