LHHH VIDEO All the A1 Bentley songs, from producing to writing to performing

A1 Bentley songs 2

A1 Bentley, one of Love & Hip Hop Hollywood‘s breakout stars from Season 3, has had nothing if not a dramatic life. He was a rising college basketball star in Kansas City, decided his true passion was for music, and landed in LA with nothing but $800 and a head full of dreams. Then, after becoming homeless, he had a chance encounter with producer Raphael Saadiq and hasn’t looked back.

And the man’s work ethic is becoming the stuff of legend: he’s such a prolific producer and lyricist that keeping up with all the A1 Bentley songs is a true challenge. Fortunately, thanks to the power of the internet–and a recent breakdown that the man gave to VH1–we can provide you with a near-comprehensive list of his most notable tracks.

A1’s most recent big hit — as of this writing — is “Party,” one of several collaborations with Chris Brown. The track–which A1 wrote–reached #40 on Billboard’s Hot 100:

He also co-produced and / or wrote three tracks for other artists on which Chris Brown guested: Gucci Mane’s “Tone It Down,” Kap G’s “I See You,” and (on a related note) “I Think Of You,” by Jeremih:

Handing the baton off from Brown, A1 also “worked on” the Justine Skye track “Back For More,” from her forthcoming debut–and which also features Jeremih:

Plus, in a sort of LHHH crossover, A1 “worked behind the scenes” on former Hollywood alum Omarion’s Top 40 hit “Distance.” (True, their paths never *quite* crossed–Omarion left the show after Season 2, and A1 wouldn’t join until a season later–but it’s a 2017 song, so it seems fair to assume that the two of them compared notes on the show’s production.)

Among the other A1 Bentley songs the producer and reality star talked about to VH1:
Don’t Matter” by August Alsina
Don’t Take It Personal” by Lyrica “Mrs. A1 Bentley” Anderson
Post & Delete” by Zoey Dollaz (feat. Chris Brown)
F with U” by Kid Ink (feat. Ty Dolla $ign, another frequent collaborator)
Swish” by Kid Ink (feat. 2 Chainz)
No Pressure” by French Montana (feat. Future)
Word 4 Word” by Omarion
Jui Jitsu” by OneInThe4Rest (feat. Chris Brown)
I’m A Fan” by Pia Mia (feat. Jeremih)
Anything You Want” by Sevyn Streeter

But that’s not all. If Genius’ songwriting credits are to be believed, A1 has also had a hand in literally dozens more songs, with Chris Brown’s “Grass Ain’t Greener,” “Wrist,” and “Kriss Kross,” Eric Bellinger’s “Valet,” and Trey Songz’s “Unusual” at the top of the most-viewed list. Because Genius is viewer-compiled, it’s not clear if A1 has individual credits on each of these songs or if he’s given credit for the tracks because he helped produce the entire album; nonetheless, you can view that list of A1 Bentley songs here.

But we couldn’t let a list like this go by without taking the opportunity to rep A1’s best-known performing credit. Of course, we’re talking about “Toot That,” 2017’s answer to Sir Mix-A-Lot:

Love & Hip Hop Hollywood Season 4 continues Monday nights at 8 on VH1.
