Bethenny Frankel’s 2010 marriage to Jason Hoppy was supposed to be a dream come true, but the marriage quickly dissolved into a never-ending nightmare that’s still stirring up drama seven years later. Hoppy was already facing three charges for stalking and harassment his ex-wife, and today a prosecutors added two more. Their bitter, very public, divorce was just finalized last year after a five-year battle.

Jason Hoppy was arraigned today on one count of stalking in the third degree and one count of stalking in the fourth degree. He was originally charged with three other counts this January after he was arrested in an incident outside their daughter Bryn’s school. Frankel said he told her “I will destroy you, you can get all the lawyers you want, you’ve been warned.”

At todays’ arraignment Judge Phyllis Chu extended an order of protection to Bethenny Frankel. “That means you have to stay away from her and from making outreach to her. Do you understand?” the judge asked him. Hoppy, who appeared somber and emotionless said that he did.

While Hoppy appeared in court today, Frankel was on the other side of the country filming an episode of Shark Tank and attending a party for the show’s 200th episode.

Below are some of the messages Frankel has entered as evidence of Hoppy’s harassment. There are reportedly more than 160 in total. He’s said to have at one point sent Frankel 49 emails in the course of 70 days attaching her for her fame, her looks, and her age (both Frankel and Hoppy are 46.)

“We could have a much different relationship but you’re unwilling to shut your mouth about me and my daughter [a]nd refuse to cooperate. Ball[‘]s in your court to change it. I’m happy to meet for to discuss. And you know you’re the problem. But if not I wil[l] proceed as I see fit.”

“Love how you [s]peak in the phone. You really have problems. Have a great weekend. She (6-year-old daughter Bryn) loves me so much. It’s amazing the love a daughter has for her father and visa versa.”

“Despite your games. I’ll never let you do to me what your mother did to your father. I’ll never go away.”

In March Hoppy rejected a plea deal, and decided to proceed to trial to fight all of Frankel’s allegations against him. His court date in August 8.
