Adrienne Bailon marries Israel Houghton in Paris
Life just got a whole lot more real for The Real co-host Adrienne Bailon. The former star of Disney’s hit movie Cheetah Girls married her gospel singing fiancé Israel Houghton in a romantic, intimate wedding ceremony in Paris on Friday.

Adrienne and her new hubby said “I Do” in front of about 70 guests at the Hotel Plaza Athénée in the “City of Lights,” People reported. The couple had been friends for years before confirming their relationship back in March.

“I genuinely just feel so blessed and grateful. I’ve honestly never been happier in my entire life,” the 33-year-old TV personality told People. “I’ve never felt what I feel right now. I can’t even describe what it is, but it’s such a peace mixed with total excitement.”

Her The Real co-hosts Tamera Mowry-Housley, Jeannie Mai and Loni Love were among the close family and friends who were in attendance at Adrienne Bailon’s wedding. She explained that she kept her guest list short because she only wanted to share her special day with people who have been there to share her journey with Israel since the beginning of their relationship.

Adrienne and Houghton went public with their relationship in March of this year, and their happy announcement was met with tons of criticism online. Houghton had previously been married for 20 years to his former wife Meleasa and he had filed for divorce only a few weeks before announcing his new relationship with Adrienne, Us Weekly reported. Many fans assumed that the 45-year-old gospel singer had been cheating on his wife with Adrienne, but he cleared up any cheating rumors in a Facebook post.

Paris seems to be a running theme throughout the newlyweds’ relationship though. Houghton proposed to Adrienne in Paris this past August, and Adrienne’s sister threw her a Parisian-themed bridal shower in October.
