Stevie J and Promise B Mae are about to know each other a while lot better, if recent Love & Hip Hop Atlanta promos are any indication. The last episode of the drama-tastic show featured Stevie getting hit with a potential bombshell: namely, that he got Promise pregnant three years ago, and they now have a two-year-old child. But are the rumors true? It looks like a clip from the forthcoming episode might have leaked–and, if it’s genuine, it solves the mystery of the missing love child.
We reported last week that Stevie J and Promise B Mae allegedly got together in the summer of 2013, and that there was a brief flurry of reports detailing Promise giving birth from the summer of ’14. According to Promise–whose real name is Cierra Washington–she spent a love-filled few weeks with Stevie, who, in her words, is “beefcake really strong he’s definitely a deep stroker.” And, as far as their intimacy went, “everything was perfect I mean his sh!t fit perfectly like a glove the penetration was insane, crazy I mean stupid retarded, and ladies I’m just going to keep it all the way real it was that type of sex that you just start crying because it’s so good and I officially fell in love.”

Hat tip to Fameolous, which was first on the scene with the clip. It is worth pointing out, though, that the snippet links back to a Love and Hip Hop: Los Angeles fan group, which consists solely of this clip. As for the @flintstone_jj watermark on the clip, the Instagram account belonging to that account is private. So: don’t take this footage as gospel.
Nonetheless, here’s some sort of LHHATL footage featuring Stevie J and Promise B Mae:
“There is no baby,” Promise reveals, after a pregnant pause. “I don’t even know this man.”
“I told you,” a clearly relieved Stevie tells Mimi. In a cut-scene, he’s straight-up jubilant: “There it is!” he exclaims. “Finally. The truth. ‘Course I knew it all along, but I needed Mimi to hear it for herself, and that’s how she’d realize I’m an honest guy.”
Mimi, however, is less pleased. “What the f*ck is going on?” she shouts. “F*ck the DNA kit. We need to call the paramedics and 911 and get this b!tch in a straightjacket, ’cause she’s clearly a nutbag. Certified batsh*t crazy.”
Evidently, Promise’s whole plan was to get Stevie’s attention by lying about his love child so she could turn around and threaten him with a sex tape in order to advance her own career. Normally, that sort of thing would be shocking, even vile…but, given everything else that’s happened this season on LHHATL, it seems somewhat normal. It even makes sense! It’s exactly the sort of thing Joseline might do. Is Promise coming back for Season 6?
