Kylie Jenner and Tyga have welcomed a new edition to their family–only he isn’t what you might expect. According to the latest reports, Kylie spent a whopping $50,000 on an English bulldog puppy for the pair. It’s the third extravagant purchase this season for Kylie Jenner and Tyga…but are the reports true?
Avid followers of Kylie’s Snapchat account will note that she’s been filling the page up with posts of puppy dogs lately; the adorable pics and videos led many observers to wonder whether KJ was ready to snag a new dog for her very own. And one particular pup appeared more than any of the others:
So–did Kylie take the plunge? Did she grab the little fattie and run? Well–not exactly. The dog–a mix of English and French breeds–actually belongs to Tyga, and is worth–if the headlines are to believed–a cool $40,000.
The dog was allegedly “a gift” from its breeder, though, and it’s therefore not known whether Tyga (or Kylie) actually paid anything for it.
Since receiving the little guy, Tyga has since gone on record claiming that the dog is worth $50,000, and not the measly $40,000 that was reported initially.
The dog marks the third extravagant purchase that Kylie Jenner and Tyga have made since going public with their relationship after Kylie’s eighteenth birthday this past August. The second was the $400,000 Rolls Royce that Kylie picked up three weeks ago; the first, of course, was the $320,000 Ferrari that Tyga bought for Kylie when she turned eighteen.
