According to TMZ, Orange Is the New Black actress Taryn Manning was arrested and is facing charges for making criminal threats against former friend turned stalker, Jeanine Heller.
Taryn and Jeanine had a “mutual domestic restraining order” that the actress allegedly violated by threatening to kill Jeanine via text and social media, according to the site. Those reported threats included “I will kill you, bitch” … “Go f**k yourself and die” … “What’s taking so long? Shouldn’t you be dead by now?”
Taryn has since taken to Twitter in response to the TMZ post and says, “There are no charges against me,” before adding, “This is just further harassment. It is troubling that the system can be used to abuse the actual victim.” She then wrote, “For a phone call and a lot of time on your hands, you too can get a news media outlet to post totally incorrect information! #sarcastictweet”

UPDATE – TMZ has apparently taken heed of Taryn’s tweets. “We’re told he DA has already declined to prosecute Manning,” they added to their post.
