Hugh Jackman now looks more like Hugh Baldman after shaving his head for his new role as Blackbeard in the Peter Pan movie Pan! The 45-year-old actor posted the chrome domed photo above on instagram earlier today and captioned it, “Blackbeard is born. #PAN”

The Joe Wright directed Pan, scheduled to hit theaters on July 17, 2015, will also star Levi Miller as Peter Pan, Garrett Hedlund as Captain Hook, Rooney Mara as Tiger Lily and Amanda Seyfreid as Mary. Other actors attached to the project include Jack Charles, Taejoo Na, Nonso Anozie, Kathy Burke, Kurt Egyiawan, Lewis MacDougal and Leni Zieglmeier.
