2 Chainz has been charged with felony drug possession 10 months after getting arrested in Los Angeles while in possession of sizzurp.
Per the official charges as obtained by TMZ, Tauheed Epps had one charge of codeine possession – the main ingredient in the recreational drug cocktail sizzurp – filed against him. If found guilty the “Mercy” rapper could face up to 3 years in prison.
The arrest happened at LAX last June after TSA agents were said to have found the sizzurp in 2 Chainz’ checked baggage.
He’s scheduled to be arraigned next week.
