When the 16 & Pregnant episode for Briana Dejesus, the upcoming cast member of Teen Mom 3, aired it was apparent that baby daddy Devoin Austin might very well take the bad-boy mantle from other noted franchise dude-duds Adam Lind and Kieffer Delp.
Devoin got hammered online following the not so flattering portrayal and an interview Briana made on GMA. He fired off a response after reading Starcasm’s write-up in which he accused his haters of being racist. Austin said, “They just trying a ni**a cause I’m black..”
The 20-year-old was busted back on March 21 for marijuana possession, a habit he would brag about profusely on Twitter (his tag read Roll it up, light it up. Have a puff, let’s take a ✈), in Kissimmee, Florida.
The father to adorable little Nova Star pleaded guilty to the charges on March 30 and received one year of county supervised probation and one day in jail.
Austin can’t break any laws, must maintain a job, and pay $45 per month for the cost of supervision, and he can’t “seek” or “possess” any illegal substances. He also has to pay a fine and court cost of $593, a public defender application fee of $50, and the cost of defense, which totaled $100.
In addition, Devoin is required to perform 20 hours of community service and submit to eight random drug tests.
