49-year-old former Beverly Hills 90210 star Ian Ziering is hotter than ever! Or should we say “Magic Ian?” The now-chiseled actor shared before and after photos of his transformation for his month-long Chippendales guest gig at the The Rio All-Suite Hotel and Casino in Vegas. He’s the oldest celebrity guest host ever, and had to buss up and slim down quick after receiving the call in March.
Ziering lost 25 pounds, going from 205 to 180, and whittled his body fat from 23% down to almost 15%. How’d he do it?
Ian told the Las Vegas Sun “It’s a testament to the foundation of accountability and doing what you set out to do and committing to whatever it takes to be successful. And that’s what I did. I mean I eat right, I was restricting calories, I was eating the right kind of food, and I was working out twice a day. It became part of my job.”
