Here’s a new detail in the epic Thanksgiving Day fight between Halle Berry’s ex and baby’s father Gabriel Aubry and fiance Olivier Martinez: according to police reports, Gabriel threw the first punch.
A few days ago photos came out of Gabriel’s black eye and injuries, and he claimed that Olivier had been the aggressor and had threatened his life several times.
The police report says that both men were taunting each other verbally, but that Gabriel threw the first punch. They also say that Gabriel never told them about the death threats.
Here’s the info from the report:
“Suspect [Gabriel] arrived at victim’s [Olivier] residence for child custody exchange. Suspect and victim engaged in verbal altercation. Suspect became upset and attempted to punch victim’s head but missed and struck victim’s right shoulder instead. Victim returned with 3 punches to the suspect’s head, causing him to fall to the ground. Victim’s fiance [Halle] notified police.
Victim defended himself and punched the suspect.”
