Adrienne Maloof and Dr. Paul Nassif are making headway in their divorce. The two Real Housewives of Beverly Hills stars were due in court tomorrow to address the custody of their three boys, but as it turns out, they have already reached a settlement — and they’re both happy with the outcome.

According to TMZ, Adrienne will have their three boys every weekday and every other weekend which means that Paul will have them every other weekend — including overnight. As for the allegations of child abuse Adrienne made against Paul, both sides have agreed to have full-time security watching over the children at all times.

Unfortunately, the agreement is only temporary. The couple will be back in court in another three months where they will make a permanent decision regarding the visitation and custody of their three children. Until then, Adrienne says that she is happy that the boys will be living with her primarily, but will also get to see their dad.

The couple has come along way since last month when they both claimed to had been verbally and physically assaulted by the other on multiple occasions. From the start, both parties insisted that they had their children’s best interest at heart and would do what was best for their children. While the public accusations of abuse where surely not in their children’s best interest, it looks like Adrienne and Paul are on the right track now.

Adrienne and Paul’s marriage will be seen on season three of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills which premieres on November 5.
