Justin Bieber had a big night at the 2011 MTV Video Music Awards, taking home the Best Male Video moonman for his song “U Smile,” winning out over Eminems “Love the Way You Lie,” Cee-Lo Green’s “F— You,” Bruno Mars’ “Grenade” and Kanye West’s “All of the Lights.”
“I just want to say thank you so much, not only to God but to Jesus,” Bieber said. “Because I wouldn’t be here without Him. He’s really blessed me. He’s put me in this position. So I want to say thank you so much.” He then added, “Also, I want to say thank you to all the other nominees. They were amazing. I’m a true fan of all of them, so I want to share this award with all them. You guys are amazing.”
One moonman Bieber didn’t take home was for best-dressed, because for the first time in my memory The Biebs looked borderline ridiculous on the black carpet in low riding bright red pants, leopard print sneakers, unflattering eyewear, and… a snake?
Yep, Justin Bieber brought a small serpent along with him as a fashion accessory, revealing to his girlfriend Selena Gomez in a black carpet interview that his name is Johnson.
Now before Bieber nation unleashes on me for saying something negative about JB, I want you all to look over our old Bieber posts and realize we are 99% pro Biebs here at starcasm and as I mentioned earlier, this is the first time we’ve ever had bad things to say about the coolest young dude on the planet!
