Kasey was arrested again for the incident earlier today and charged with 2 counts of felony assault, 1 count of battery with serious bodily injury and 1 count of public intoxication (allegedly “while under the influence of a paint thinner”). His most recent mug shot won’t be taking home any “Prettiest” awards.
