The Real Housewives of Miami are back for a second season this fall on Bravo. Marysol Patton, Lea Black, and Adriana de Moura will be back from season 1, and there are a few new faces as well. In fact, there are four hot new ladies joining the original three women with Alexia Echevarria and fan-favorite Mama Elsa also having several guest spots. It was announced in February that Real Housewives of Miami would be back for a second season.
