Glee co-creator Ryan Murphy’s sitcom The New Normal has been picked up by NBC and this weekend the network posted some preview video clips and photos for the show, set to premiere this fall. The show is about a gay couple (played by Justin Bartha and Andrew Rannells) who elect to have a child via a surrogate (played by Georgia King) with a supporting cast that includes Ellen Barkin and… NeNe Leakes?!? Bloop! Bloop! Bloop!

It follows Kim post with a ficitonal post-Kandi producer (Kandi does make an appearance though) who has the magical ability to turn Kim’s burps and farts into pop hooks.

It’s the end of an era in Bravolebridom as Sheree Whitfield, one of the three original cast members left on The Real Housewives of Atlanta, has made it official: she’s leaving the show. Sheree issued a statement in which she says she left of her own accord, but a conflicting report suggests she was fired for her diva behavior, being boring, and for asking for too much money. According to not-so-reliable sources, a “leaked document” with the “official salaries” of the entire cast of The Real Housewives of Atlanta has surfaced. According to the report, the salaries range from $50,000 a season for Real House Hubbies Kroy Biermann and Apollo Nida to a cool million bucks for NeNe Leakes. It seems Glee co-creator Ryan Murphy likes what he sees in The Real Housewives of Atlanta star NeNe Leakes, who has been playing the recurring roll of swim coach Roz Washington on the popular high school musical comedy. It was announced Tuesday that NeNe Leakes has landed a recurring role on Murphy’s latest project, The New Normal, a sitcom pilot for NBC!

Watch the second and third parts of author Angela Stanton’s Vibe interview in which she talks about her history with The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Phaedra Parks, including a criminal racketeering ring Angela alleges was headed up by Phaedra. Angela, Apollo Nida (Phaedra’s future husband) and Apollo’s brother Everett were all arrested and convicted on felony counts of racketeering, but Phaedra was never charged.
