Tori Spelling welcomed her fourth child last summer and as surprised as she was by her baby news, nothing was as shocking as what went down during and directly after the pregnancy. Tori was diagnosed with an extreme case of placenta previa and put on bed rest for four months while carrying Finn, which led to a 30-pound weight gain. Then, after giving birth to Finn, Tori underwent emergency surgery due to complications from her C-section.
