Drew Peterson charged in murder-for-hire plot to kill prosecuting attorney


Normally being in prison is a pretty good deterrent for committing further crimes, but former policeman Drew Peterson, who is currently serving a 38-year sentence for murdering his third wife, wasn’t going to let a silly thing like steel bars prevent him from seeking revenge on the prosecuting attorney who put him away. According to a press release by Illinois Attorney General Lisa Madigan, the 61-year-old Peterson allegedly “solicited an individual to carry out a murder-for-hire plot against Will County State’s Attorney James Glasgow.” Keep reading for the full release and a response from Drew’s former defense attorney.

VIDEOS Suge Knight confirmed as driver in fatal hit and run


Rapper Suge Knight’s attorney has confirmed his client was behind the wheel when a truck plowed into several people in Compton, California Thursday, leaving one man dead and another injured. According to Sheriff’s Homicide Detective Lt. John Corina, Suge’s truck “drove backwards, struck victims, then went forward and struck them again as he left” the scene.
