The cast of The Real Housewives of New Jersey is heading back to Bravo for it’s fifth season and today, the network revealed the official RHONJ season 5 homepage. On the just-launched page is the upcoming premiere date and time as well as the official cast announcement. Who’s in and who’s out? It’s actually pretty surprising.

We knew the peace wouldn’t last long! If you’ve been following most of the reporting from the upcoming season of The Real Housewives of New Jersey, it would appear that everything is coming up roses: Melissa Gorga and her kids came to Gia’s birthday party, Teresa Giudice and Melissa reconcile, and even Teresa and Caroline Manzo appear to have buried the hatchet. Yet, in typical Garden State fashion, the “Kumbaya” spirit didn’t last long. And as always, the drama started at Posche.

Teresa Giudice’s feud with Melissa Gorga has been a main story line on the past two seasons of Real Housewives of New Jersey. But finally, these two have put an end to the madness and called a truce. Melissa Gorga’s ex-boyfriend Brian “Bulldog” Bowen recently came out of the woodwork accusing her of cheating on her husband Joe Gorga with him years ago. According to Bulldog, Melissa was sleeping with him while she was with Joe and their encounters continued even after Melissa and Joe had wed. But Joe insists that Bulldog’s stories are untrue and he’s taking to his wife’s defense.

Teresa Giudice and Melissa Gorga may be family, but on Real Housewives of New Jersey they have hardly been friends. However, that seems to have changed and during one of Teresa’s recent events, Melissa showed up and showed her support for her sister-in-law.
