Kelly Bensimon has been divorced since 2006, but since then we haven’t seen much romance in her life. Sure, she went on a couple of awkward dates on Real Housewives of New York but no one seemed to impress her. Fortunately, it looks like Kelly has finally met someone who can keep her attention — and they have Bravo in common.

Being a celebrity blogger I’m used to enjoying the sight of attractive female celebrities wearing everything from bikinis to lingerie to sometimes nothing at all, but former Real Housewives of New York City‘s Kelly Bensimon struck me out looking by pitching some high heat fashion woo in a Bob Dylan print cami dress earlier today. Keep reading to see the photo that may just have converted me from Team Bethenny as well as some brutally twisted Dylan lyrics like:
“Well, I see you got your brand new Bob Dylan print cami dress…“
Fellow Real Housewives of New York City cast offs Jill Zarin and Kelly Bensimon met earlier today for a peaceful, Bravo-camera-free lunch together at Le Bilboquet in New York City. Both ladies took to Twitter to talk about their grub grabbing including an interesting tweet by Jill in which she reveals that she walked by Sonja Morgan’s house where Bravo was filming the new season of RHONYC and that she is “So happy it is behind me.”
After days of tepid denials and “nothing’s official yet” statements, the rumors that surfaced earlier this week claiming that Bravo is cleaning house on the cast of The Real Housewives of New York City have finally been officially confirmed by the network. Keep reading for the responses from those let go, including Jill Zarin, Alex McCord, Simon van Kempen and Cindy Barshop!
The Real Housewives of New York City‘s Sonja Morgan talked with US magazine at an event Thursday night just after finding out from her producer that Jill, Kelly, Alex and Cindy would indeed not be back for Season 5 of the show. Keep reading for quotes from Sonja including what she thinks her cast mates’ next career moves might be.
It’s been rumored for months that Bravo was planning on overhauling the cast of The Real Housewives of New York City and that appears to be the case as Jill Zarin, Kelly Bensimon, Alex McCord (which include’s Alex’s husband, and honorary “housewife,” Simon van Kempen), and Cindy Barshop were all reportedly contacted by Bravo earlier today and told they would not be back for the fifth season of the reality series. Keep reading to see what Jill, Alex, Simon and Cindy had to say about the news!
I’m sure the first thing that popped into your head when Mayor Bloomberg announced an evacuation of much of lower lying New York City and a shut down of the public transit system was, WHAT ARE THE REAL HOUSEWIVES OF NEW YORK CITY GONNA DO!!!!?!?!?!? See an update from all our Big Apple girls as they keep us updated via Twitter (except for Sonja).
This week’s episode of The Real Housewives of New York City featured a burlesque-themed party thrown by the undergarment averse (and financially troubled) Sonja Morgan, and the rest of the cast showed their support by attending in a variety of costumes ranging from risque to mundane. Check out the mostly non-Team Sonja trio of the Countess, Kelly and Jill in their rather lackluster burlesque interpretations and watch a clip of Sonja once again baring her derriere while reciting some not-so-cleverly disguised poetic barbs aimed at some of her housewife adversaries! (Includes links to previous posts with slightly more racy costumes worn by the likes of Ramona, Alex and… Mario?)
The wait is over! The Real Housewives of New York City‘s Countess LuAnn de Lesseps has finally released her follow up music video to her cult classic “Money Can’t Buy You Class!” The song is titled “Chic C’est La Vie” and the video features LuAnn and her Team The Countess cast mates Jill Zarin and Kelly Bensimon living the lifestyles of the rich and famous in and around The Borgota hotel and casino in Atlantic City. Keep reading for all the Countessy glory!
The New York Post is reporting that Bravo may be looking to replace the entire cast of The Real Housewives of New York City. That’s right, Cindy Barshop, Ramona Singer, Kelly Bensimon, Jill Zarin, LuAnn de Lesseps, and Sonja Morgan would have to find something to do with their time other than get in fights in the Hamptons. Actually they would still do that but we wouldn’t know anymore! If it’s true that the axe is falling who would you like to see stay or go if it were your call?
