Now TMZ has caught the two driving off from LAX without having their little one buckled into a car seat.

Kelsey Grammer made headlines over the weekend when he took his 3-month-old daughter to a Halloween party at the Playboy Mansion. On top of that, he reportedly stayed out until the wee hours of the morning, all while baby Faith slept in her baby carrier in the VIP area.
