Pop culture Daniel Edwards has released his latest scultpure, entitled “Special K and Little Grape (Baby Kimye and the Royal Heir),” and it depicts the world’s two most anticipated babies (whether you like it or not, you know it’s true:) the fetuses of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, and Prince William and Kate Middleton.

Kate Middleton is finally starting to show, and she looked adorable in a baby Emilia Wickstead dress and gray suede Rupert Sanderson heels Wednesday at the National Portrat Gallery to host a reception for The Art Room charity.

Kate Middleton and Prince William have stayed extremely mum about their pregnancy since making the official announcement that they were expecting back in December. But during a recent event in Grimsby on Tuesday, Kate seemed to have a slip up in which she may have revealed her baby’s gender.

Last week pregnant Kate Middleton suffered from a severe form of morning sickness called Hyperemesis Gravidarum which put her in the hospital. She’s now reportedly very sick again days after leaving the hospital, but is currently not requiring further hospitalization.

The nurse receptionist who transferred the Kate Middleton hoax phone call from Australian radio DJs claiming to be the Queen was found dead this morning from an apparent suicide near the King Edward VII Hospital where she worked. Jacintha Saldanha was a mother of two and had been a nurse at the hospital for the past four years.
