JWoww and Roger Matthews got engaged on last week’s episode of Snooki & JWoww after months of subtle hints on JWoww’s part. In real time, they actually became engaged sometime in September of last year. So is a JWoww/Roger wedding coming soon? Of course — but unfortunately it’s not quite as soon as they had hoped.

It’s official — the sixth and final season of Jersey Shore has a premiere date! David Janollari, Head of MTV Programming, made the announcement during the network’s presentation at the Summer 2012 Television Critics Association Press Tour earlier today that the beginning of the end will be October 4. Janollari also officially announced Snooki & JWoww would be returning for a second season (something we revealed more than a week ago) as well as Money For Strangers.
