Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans received some good news in court earlier today as her former roommate Hannah Inman agreed to drop her charges of communicating threats, harassing phone call, and violating a protective order. That brings Jenelle’s tally of dismissed charges to 15! Plus, it means she only has one more pending case – the cyber stalking charges by her former boss James Duffy, which Jenelle will be back in court for on Friday.

Jenelle Evans and her attorney Dustin Sullivan were in court today to face charges of communicating threats, harassing phone call, and violating a protective order against her former roommate Hannah Inman, but the case was continued due to a mix up on the date on the subpoena. Sullivan tells us the case will be heard again on March 19.

Teen Mom 2‘s Jenelle Evans, currently recovering from tonsil surgery, has been no stranger to the legal system in the past, but it’s quickly coming to public light that her two recent arrests in January really were as bogus and unsubstantiated as her camp claimed!

Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans is behind bars again, this time for violating a domestic violence protective order according to a news release from the Brunswick County Sheriff’s Department. The arrest occurred Monday night at around 7:15 and as far as we can tell she is still in jail at the time of this post.

Jenelle Evans was arrested again!

Jenelle was booked today, January 10, 2012 at around 10:15 a.m. in Brunswick County for “harassing phone calls” and “communicating threats,” according to Brunswick County Sheriff’s Office. She posted a $1,000 bond, and was out of jail before noon today.
