MTV’s Jersey Shore spin off reality series The Pauly D Project is set to premiere on March 29. The show will follow Pauly D as he tries to transition from reality star into music star including his signing to 50 Cent’s label G-Note Records. Though the show will have numerous guest star appearances from the likes of 50 Cent and Britney Spears, it will focus mainly on Pauly and his entourage of bros including Michael “Biggie” Morgan, Gerard “Big Jerry” Gialanella, Ryan Labbe, and Jason “JROC” Craig. Tonight the cast of Jersey Shore makes their triumphant return to television and to Seaside Heights as Snooki, Pauly D, JWoww, The Situation, Vinny, Sammi, Ronnie, and Deena kick off the Season 5 Premiere of MTV’s smash hit reality series. Who ever would have ever thought that those tanned, drunk, half-naked, ridiculously nicknamed Guido and Guidettes gettin’ nasty in a hot tub would go on to become six five of the biggest celebrities on the planet?!?

Jersey Shore‘s Pauly D was in Puerto Rico Saturday night to open for Britney Spears on the last date of her hugely successful Femme Fatal Tour, and just like she did in Montreal back in August, Britney treated Pauly to a seductive “lap dance” that included tying him to a pole and locking her legs around his beaming face.

Jersey Shore‘s resident DJ Pauly D announced a while back he was working on a project with 50 Cent and apparently the rapper liked what he heard because he has officially signed Pauly to his G-Note record label! Jersey Shore’s Pauly D spun some tunes to open for Britney in Montreal last night, and was later surprised to be invited on stage by the pop icon. She had him handcuffed to a pole while she did some seductive gyrating and put a feather boa around his neck before dancing around behind him and transforming Pauly’s famous blowout hairdo into a Thigh Master!

Someway, somehow the entire cast of Jersey Shore have survived almost 10 consecutive weeks living together without anyone getting killed. The beleaguered GTLers were photographed leaving the infamous Seaside Heights beach house after wrapping up filming Season 5, just in time to get home and watch the Season 4 premiere Thursday night featuring all their Italian misadventures. The guys and gals of Jersey Shore spent five long weeks in Florence, Italy filming the fourth season of their popular reality series for MTV. As you might imagine, their sojourn generated a number of memorable images (You can see my Top Ten List HERE) but earlier today MTV released an official cast photo featuring all eight Guidos and Guidettes dashing down the streets of Florence in full Seaside glam regalia!
