At the beginning of May it was revealed that Brooke Mueller’s twins were removed from her home after DCFS arrived with a warrant. The mother of Charlie Sheen’s twins, Bob and Max, has dealt with addiction issues for years and a judge decided that Sheen’s ex-wife Denise Richards was the best person to take care of the boys, awarding her legal temporary guardianship. Now as Brooke tries rehab once again, it’s been revealed that Denise has been looking after the twins for a long time now. Denise Richards has two daughters with her ex-husband Charlie Sheen Sam (9,) and Lola (7), but earlier this month she started taking care of his twins with his third ex-wife Brooke Mueller after Brooke entered rehab for the 20th time. Now she’s speaking about her relationship with Charlie and her role of care-taking his kids. She told US Weekly:

Brooke Mueller has been dealing with addiction issues for years with her 4-year-old twin sons caught in the crossfire. Although Brooke has attempted to get clean on a couple of occasions, it doesn’t appear to have happened, but somehow, she’s remained the caretaker of her boys. On Thursday, her wild ways finally caught up with her when police arrived to her home and took her children away.
