Mindy McCready was committed to a treatment facility for a mental-health and alcohol-abuse evaluation yesterday after her family members felt it necessary. The country singer has struggled with addiction for years, but recently had been in recovery. However, after her boyfriend David Wilson was found dead from a gunshot wound last month, it appears as though Mindy may have fallen off the wagon.

Country singer Mindy McCready’s boyfriend and the father of her youngest son Zayne was found dead of what appeared to be a self-inflicted gunshot wound earlier this month in Arkansas. Rumors quickly surfaced that he had been having an affair, leading to rumors and speculation that Mindy may have somehow been involved in his death, something she adamantly denies in an upcoming Dateline interview.
