After a week of contract negotiations and bitter stand-offs, the ladies of The Real Housewives of New York City Season 5 have all signed on to return for Season 6. Original cast member Ramona Singer led the pack, and while they didn’t get the huge salary raises they were hoping for, the cast is reportedly happy with the compromise.

Seemingly hundreds of Bravolebrities were in attendance last night at the 2013 Bravo Upfront Presentations, including many of the Real Housewives across the various franchises, but one noticeably large chunk was missing: half of the ladies of The Real Housewives of New York City were not in attendance! Another Real Housewives couple has called it quits. This time around, it’s The Real Housewives of New York City‘s Carole Radziwill and her boyfriend Russ Irwin. The two had been carrying on a long-distance relationship for two years, and had even recorded a song together, but now, just days before Valentine’s Day, they have parted ways.

When they are in the same city, they reunite and do normal boyfriend/girlfriend activities. When they are apart, they live as single people — they even go on dates!

Real Housewives of New York star Carole Radziwill is currently in a long-distance relationship with her on-again, off-again boyfriend, Russ Irwin. New addition, Carole Radziwill, to the Real Housewives of New York City may very well have the most impressive resume of any of the cast members from the multiple franchises. Carole is a best-selling author having penned the memoir, “What Remains: A Memoir of Fate, Friendship and Love.” She is an established journalist who, among many other assignments, covered the SCUD missile attacks during the Gulf War. For her journalistic excellence she has received a Peabody Award as well as three Emmys. She’s also been a contributing columnist for Glamour Magazine. Radziwill is a widow and her late husband’s life and career is just as interesting as Carole’s. We all know Luann De Lesseps likes to be called ‘The Countess’ because of her previous marriage to a French nobleman. Carole doesn’t use a princess moniker but her late husband, Anthony Radziwill, was a straight up prince!
