Future Teen Mom 3 star Alex Sekella shared some startling news with her Twitter fans just a moment ago by tweeting that her daughter Arabella’s father Matthew McCann had been involved in an accident and is currently in the Intensive Care Unit. We talked with Alex and she revealed to us some of what little details she knows about the accident, which apparently occurred while Matt was partying with friends and walked off a 20 foot cliff.

The cast of Teen Mom 3 has finally been confirmed. Earlier this year, MTV announced that four girls from the fourth season of 16 & Pregnant would be chosen for the all new series and while many reports and incriminating photos have surfaced since then, we finally know for sure which of the girl’s lives we will be following.

Although MTV has yet to announce the cast of the upcoming Teen Mom 3, we have a pretty good guess on which four of the 16 & Pregnant girls have been chosen. As we’ve previously reported, the cast looks to include Mackenzie Douthit, Katie Yeager, Alexandria Sekella, and Briana Dejesus, all four of which have been dropping hints that they will be meeting up again soon! It appears that we have half of the cast of the upcoming third installment of MTV’s Teen Mom franchise! An MTV source has confirmed with Radar Online that Alexandria Sekella and Mackenzie Douthit will be two of the girls featured on Teen Mom 3.

In the high octane preview for this week’s episode of 16 & Pregnant featuring Allentown, PA resident Alex Sekella she accuses her baby-daddy of wanting to hang out with his crackhead friends. She was asked about this comment from followers via Twitter and she certainly didn’t hold back when addressing what she sees as a serious drug problem for the father of her daughter. The girls of 16 and Pregnant Season 4 were in New York City last weekend to film their reunion special with Dr. Drew. But, while they were there, a few of the moms helped promote the show by making appearances and doing interviews. Briana DeJesus and Katie Yeager were featured on Good Morning America and Alexandria Sekella made a video for CBS news.
