Leah Messer Simms and her step-father see a family law attorney

The evidence continues to mount in support of the recent reports that Teen Mom 2 stars Leah Messer Simms and Corey Simms are getting a divorce. Online court records indicate the couple filed for divorce the week of April 15, which seems to be in line with these photos from April 14th showing Leah visiting the office of a family law attorney with papers in hand.

(Unlike last time Leah had some documents in her hand, the photo service isn’t saying these are “divorce papers.” Perhaps they are the infamous Facebook messages?)

  Hillbilly Hustlers, Carrie’s right,lol….bring me back the original teen mom peeps. This year was boring as hell. I’d rather watch Butch and April than these rednecks who drape a Confederate flag over their couch. Mtv edits the story the way they want, not the way it truly is. At least the Hills had attractive people who could act better. Get this mess off my tv. If I want to watch white trash drama, I’ll go to the local trailer park.

Leah and Corey need to put there pride a side and think about there two little girls who didn’t ask to born and put in the situation they both need to grow up marriages is hard work and it’s not this fairy tale you really need to work at it every day that how it works you don’t just give up after six months just because you are mad at your partner .

I think this whole thing is pretty suspicious as well. I don’t think MTV was very pleased that things seemed to be working out for Leah and Corey… especially with all the criticism they’ve gotten about how the show glorifies teen pregnancy. I wouldn’t put it past them to have instigated something between Leah and Corey.

I feel so sad for Leah and Corey, not sure what happened but it breaks my heart to see them go thru all this. I was really rooting for them and really thought they’d make it. I really like Leah, she is a great mom and what we seen wife. Same goes to Corey, i could tell he really truly did/does Leah. Its a shame this has to happen.I do wish the best for both of them.

She has personally told me they are NOT getting a divorce. Idk where people keep getting their info, but they need to butt out of her and Corey’s lives. They have enough problems on their hands trying to deal with Ali and her condition. LEAVE HER ALONE ALREADY!!! Goodness!

I live in WV about 2 hours away from where they live. The Charleston Gazette recently listed they filed for divorce on April 15th. It was listed in the legal section, along with every other person who has filed for a divorce in Kanawha County.

  I noticed that the profile picture for Leah’s twitter and offical facebook fan page has been changed to her and her friend. The twitter photo used to be her and Corey, the facebook page had one of the magazine pictures with her, Corey, Ali and Aleeah. She may have just wanted a change, but this may point to a divorce. It changed after these reports became public. I love Corey and Leah’s story I pray these divorce rumors are just rumors. Unfortunately they seem to be the real deal. I thought they were the most responsible of the Teen Mom 2 cast. I am sad that things didn’t work out.
