
South Carolina governor Mark Sanford went missing for five days, claiming he was hiking on the Appalachian Trail and recovering from stress stemming from his battle over his state’s refusal of financial aid from the federal government bailout. As it turns out, he was in Argentina shacking up with his mistress Maria Belen Chapur. Information about her is trickling onto the internet, including this video that features Maria as a journalist broadcasting from New York City for the Argentine TV station Canal America after the 9-11 attacks in 2001:

In my mind, calling Pete Wentz emo is an insult to emos everywhere. Pete Wentz is, and always will be, a 100% douchebag and douchebag only. Otherwise, sticking the Pete Wentz ‘do on anything guarantees the ha ha!
