You can tell that she has a pigmentation condition that she has decided to cover with the stars if you look closely. This would explain coming into a parlor with an exact number in mind (56), because she obviously thought long and hard about wanting to cover the spots. This was intentional. I have tatoos, and with the sensitivy of the face, it is not probably that someone would be able to sleep during the process.
