Perhaps inspired by the controversial commercial for the next season of America’s Next Top Model featuring the tall and skinny Ann Ward, 14-year-old Elisany Silva is looking to use her 6-foot 9-inch frame to pursue a career as a fashion model. (That’s 2.06 meters for you metric folks!)
These photos were taken of Elisany in her hometown of Braganca in the Brazilian Amazon state of Para August 29, 2010. The long and lean Elisany, who was forced to quit school because she was too tall to ride the bus, is seen with her sisters and friends on Braganca’s Ajuruteua beach.
Say what you will about her exaggerated features creating unrealistic expectations for girls thumbing through fashion magazines, but there is no doubt this girl could save a magazine thousands of dollars worth of PhotoShopping!
