The news of the passing of Playboy founder Hugh Hefner had former frenemies Paris Hilton and Kim Kardashian exchanging fond memories via text messages and social media yesterday and today.
“RIP to the legendary Hugh Hefner!” Kim wrote in a statement posted to her Facebook page. “I’m so honored to have been a part of the Playboy team!” she added, referencing her famous Playboy photo spread in 2007. “You will be greatly missed! Love you Hef! Xoxo.”
Kim then revealed that she and Paris were messaging each other with joyful memories. “Paris & I are reminiscing about the Playboy parties at the mansion & how much we love Hef. She’s texts me the perfect Hef emojis ???????????”
Paris Hilton retweeted Kim and replied:

Paris — who never posed nude in the magazine but did grace the cover of their 2005 “Sex and Music Issue” wearing lingerie, high heels, and fishnet stockings — posted a gallery of photos of herself with Hugh on Instagram along with her praises. Be sure to swipe through all the photos:
