Todd Chrisley’s troubled son Kyle Chrisley looks to be getting his life back on track after it was completely derailed with drug issues that created a huge divide between him and his family, and also caused him to lose custody of his daughter Chloe.

The 25-year-old former reality star has been sober for four years now, and he recently purchased a new home with his wife Alexus Chrisley. In addition, Kyle has let go of his anger towards his dad and the rest of his Chrisley Knows Best family. “I do not talk to my family but I wish them nothing but the best,” Kyle tells Radar Online. “I have moved on with my life I am just going to be the best father and husband that I can be.”

Kyle and Alexus, who record music together under the name Kyle and Alexi, recently purchased a new 3,000 square foot home in Georgia.

“We are officially homeowners!” Kyle declared in the caption to the Facebook photo of his new diggs above. “This home will be the beginning of many wonderful memories for us and Chloe. It is a blessing and we are grateful. Look out for invitations to the housewarming!” Numerous commenters inquired about whether or not the comment about Chloe meant he had regained custody, but there was no response.

Kyle shared an update about the house with Radar. “We just moved in last week and we are already loving it,” he reveals. “I never would have dreamed that I would own a 3,000 foot house and we are just so blessed.”

Kyle’s troubled antics included threatening to kill his dad Todd after a crack binge, and an alleged domestic violence incident in 2013 involving Chloe’s mother, Angela Johnson. Speaking of Angela, her troubles seem to continue as she was arrested on allegations of medical fraud in April of last year.

Kyle was removed from the cast of Chrisley Knows Best when it returned in the fall of 2014.

It’s great to hear that Kyle appears to be doing better! We wish him and Alexus all the best and hope to continue with positive-only updates on their lives moving forward. (Like a pregnancy announcement — HINT HINT!)
