Teresa Giudice has been issued a warning by her probation officer after she failed to report that she’d twice had interactions with the police.
On September 14th of 2016, the Real Housewives of New Jersey star was ticketed by the Port Authority Police Department in New York for making an illegal turn. No biggie there–but she didn’t notify her probation officer of the infraction, something that’s required of her in the terms set forth by her supervised release after Giudice was incarcerated for wire fraud.
She and her attorneys were then told that any future interactions with the police, even including traffic violations, must be reported. Well…
The 44-year-old got ticketed on April 20, 2017, for using a hand held cellphone while operating a vehicle. Despite the September warning, Giudice once again failed to notify the probation officer, according to docs obtained by Daily Mail.
The written reprimand by the probation officer was filed with the court. The documents stated that the Bravo star will have a violation petition filed against her if any other incidents of this kind occur.
