Was Aaron Hernandez murdered?

A new report indicates that the attorney for Aaron Hernandez is launching an investigation into how the former NFL star and convicted murderer died.

The Massachusetts Department of Corrections said that the 27-year-old was found early Wednesday morning in his jail cell and that he had hung himself with a bedsheet attached to a window. Officials added that Hernandez had “attempted to block his door from the inside by jamming the door with various items.”

TMZ is now reporting that attorney Jose Baez is looking into what happened and that the Hernandez family does not believe Aaron took his own life. TMZ further reports that Baez, who gained notoriety for his work in successfully defending Casey Anthony, believes that the former New England Patriots tight end could have been murdered by inmates or the “folks who run the prison.”

Hernandez was serving a life sentence for the 2013 killing of Odin Lloyd. He was back in the news on Friday after being found not guilty of two counts of murder in the July 2012 deaths of Safiro Furtado and Daniel de Abreu, who were killed in a drive-by shooting outside a Boston nightclub.

Baez represented Hernandez in the double murder trial, and had indicated he was optimistic that he might be able to get the original murder conviction overturned.

I hope that Odins family and friends have the justice they wanted, but Aarons family to have comfort in this time as well. They are innocent in all of this.

Something is fishy about all this. Baez was going to ask for a retrial in the life sentence case. Not that I wanted a convicted murderer set free but something seems odd about this supposed suicide.

I don’t trust anyone Baez represents.

Nope me either Baez will make up any story he can to get off a guilty client. He lies about anything he can! He is so sleezy he makes my skin crawl!

The timing seems odd because he was just aquitted in the double murder trial, and it sounded as if he may have hope for a new trial for the life sentence.
But you can never really tell what is going on in someone’s head. Maybe he waited to be acquitted for the double murders so his family would know he was innocent there.
If this was an “inside job”, it’s likely we will never know the truth.
    Very sad for both families.

Same thing I said. The timing seems weird. I think someone who knew the victim/families took care of him as a revenge for being acquitted.

Oh… Ok… See I’m trying to figure out where and how would I find the effs to give about this…… Nope I’m just not finding them 🤔👀🙄😕😐😑

However, I do offer condolences to his daughter. I guess that’s where I can find those effs to give

his daughter and the parents of the man he was convicted of murdering because of his appealing he is no longer convicted. Leaving lawsuits over their loss of their son ending up who knows where. Coward is what he is

I think his death is suspicious based on the timing. He’s been looked up serving life for a few years now. Why not commit suicide when he was sentenced? He was acquitted of an unrelated double murder less than a week ago. Im thinking someone from the victim/s family had an insider take care of him. Suicide and mental illness doesn’t have to make sense, but the timing is what seems suspicious to me. I also wonder what made the guards check on him.
