JERSEY SHORE Mike ‘The Situation’ Sorrentino may be going to prison for a long, long time

Mike The Situation Sorrentino

Back in 2014, the Jersey Shore’s Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino was indicted for tax evasion. He was accused of concealing $8.9 million in earnings made from 2010-2012 as well intentionally filing false returns.

His brother, Marc, was also charged with conspiracy to commit tax fraud.

Now, Mike’s situation (no pun intended) has now gone from bad to worse. According to TMZ,
the U.S. Attorney in New Jersey added additional charges against him including tax evasion and structuring and falsifying records to avoid detection of assets.

Initially, Mike was looking at up to 9 years in prison. With these additional charges, he has the potential to be locked up for decades.

What a freaking idiot. Hits it big from sheer dumb luck and instead of being thankful, tries to game the system for even more money. Hope he enjoys the “situation” in prison!

He might be a douche but I don’t think tax payers really want to pay for the expense of him sitting in prison. Let him work and set up a payment plan for whatever he owes.

WHY oh why do people try to scam the IRS? Do people not know that eventually you’ll get caught and it’s gonna be really bad news for you when you do?

Mike isn’t even a relevant TV person anymore. I do think that he probably did all of that while under the influence of drugs and alcohol and only cared about having money to fund his habits and lifestyle at the time, but he’s still stupid for thinking he could get away with it.

The only person I really know of to beat the system like that is now sitting in the White House.
