Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom want everyone to know that they’re taking a break.
The pop star and the A-list actor had been dating for a little over a year before officially announcing that they’re going to be on a relationship hiatus.
A rep told People:
“Before rumors or falsifications get out of hand, we can confirm that Orlando and Katy are taking respectful, loving space at this time.”
The pair were most recently spotted out together at Sunday night’s star-studded Vanity Fair Oscars party. A source for People said that the two posed for pics together and then mostly spent time separately with their own friends.
Bloom and model Miranda Kerr divorced in 2013. Perry previously had a public on-again off-again relationship with musician John Mayer before she started dating Bloom.
