Tony and Alyssa Baby

Just nine months after the birth of his first child with Real World cast member and ex-girlfriend Madison Walls, Tony Raines has welcomed his second child with long-time girlfriend Alyssa Giacone.

The couple took to social media to share the exciting news. “Welcome to the world sweet baby girl!,” Alyssa announced. “We love you so much? you’re PERFECT.”

If you’re confused by this timeline, here’s a quick refresher.

Tony and Madison began dating during season 30 of The Real World: Skeletons and continued their relationship after the cameras stopped rolling. A few months later, they announced they were expecting their first child.

Sadly, things took a turn for the worst when Tony was caught cheating on Madison during his first Challenge. The couple split in September of 2015 while Madison was still pregnant, and Tony went on to rekindle his romance with high school sweetheart Alyssa Giacone.

In February of 2016, Madison gave birth to their daughter Harper. Around the time of Harper’s birth, Alyssa became pregnant with Tony’s baby.

No matter what, baby girl…?

Now, just nine months later, Tony and Alyssa have welcomed their daughter. Here’s a pic of the sisters as newborns side-by-side.

Despite the less than ideal situation, everyone seems to be taking things in stride. By all accounts, Alyssa and Madison seem to have an amicable relationship.

The birth of their daughter has seemed to solidify Tony and Alyssa’s bond. The couple haven’t announced plans to walk down the aisle anytime soon, but I can only imagine that’s the next step for the high school sweethearts.

That’s not to say things have been easy for Tony this year.

With his personal life on display for the world to see, viewers have chastised him for his baby boy behavior. During The Challenge Rivals IIIs, Tony hit a breaking point and begged viewers to cut him some slack.

My life has changed more in this last year I think than when I went through puberty….damn. I’m trying people, I’m trying. I know I do all this to myself but the negative comments are not necessary. I don’t want to get rid of my social media, I would just like to post a picture of something memorable in my life without having to read people tell me they hope I die. I mean really? How does telling someone they are a piece of s–t make you a better person or make you feel better about yourself? I want to correct my mistakes and learn and grow from them. I know this won’t matter but I felt like I needed to address it. All the best to you perfect people out there!

Thankfully, those times are now past him and he can focus on celebrating the birth of his new daughter. Congrats to Tony and Alyssa!
